Now Hiring: 2 Special Event Coordinators (Summer Jobs)
Funded by the Canada Summer Jobs Program (Ages 15-30)
Looking for hands-on experience in event planning, the arts, and community building? Join the Leduc Arts Foundry this summer as a Special Event Coordinator! You'll play a key role in organizing exciting programs like the Art Walk, Youth Drop-In events, and more — all while gaining real-world skills in a creative, supportive environment.
Job Type: Full-time (35 hours/week)
Schedule: Weekdays, evenings & weekends as required
Location: Varies depending on event – includes Leduc & surrounding areas, Leduc Recreation Centre, and Downtown Leduc
What You'll Do
Assist in planning and running community events and programs
Coordinate vendors, supplies, and logistics
Help with setup, takedown, and on-site support
Contribute to marketing and social media campaigns
Lead youth engagement activities, including weekly Drop-In nights
Support staff at Leduc Arts Foundry locations as needed
What You'll Bring
Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to adapt and solve problems on the go
