Now Hiring: 2 Special Event Coordinators (Summer Jobs)

Funded by the Canada Summer Jobs Program (Ages 15-30)

Looking for hands-on experience in event planning, the arts, and community building? Join the Leduc Arts Foundry this summer as a Special Event Coordinator! You'll play a key role in organizing exciting programs like the Art Walk, Youth Drop-In events, and more — all while gaining real-world skills in a creative, supportive environment.

  • Job Type: Full-time (35 hours/week)

  • Schedule: Weekdays, evenings & weekends as required

  • Location: Varies depending on event – includes Leduc & surrounding areas, Leduc Recreation Centre, and Downtown Leduc

What You'll Do

  • Assist in planning and running community events and programs

  • Coordinate vendors, supplies, and logistics

  • Help with setup, takedown, and on-site support

  • Contribute to marketing and social media campaigns

  • Lead youth engagement activities, including weekly Drop-In nights

  • Support staff at Leduc Arts Foundry locations as needed
