Christmas Market

Our annual holiday market hosted inside the Leduc Arts Foundry, featuring handmade crafts, artisan goods, consumables, and festive gift items. This market is a festive staple for the community and a perfect place for artists and makers to connect with shoppers during the holiday season.

Location: Leduc Arts Foundry (LRC)
Fee: $50/table
Capacity: 20 vendors
Focus: Artisanal, handmade, and consumable goods

  • Handmade crafts (woodwork, textiles, jewelry, soaps, candles)
  • Consumables (baking, preserves, chocolates, spice mixes, teas, honey)
  • Small artisan giftware or seasonal décor
  • Original art prints, cards, or small items intended for gifting

Not suitable for:

  • Large-scale fine art (paintings, installations, sculpture)
  • Resale, MLM, or mass-produced products
Winter Art Walk

A transformed version of our largest summer event, now hosted inside the LRC. This market focuses on fine art, giving painters, sculptors, ceramicists, photographers, and other fine artists the opportunity to showcase and sell their original works in a professional, exhibition-style setting.

Location: Leduc Recreation Centre, Fieldhouse Court A
Fee: $80/table
Capacity: 40 vendors
Focus: Fine art and professional-level work

Suitable for:

  • Original fine art (painting, drawing, sculpture, ceramics, photography, fiber, glass, mixed media)
  • High-quality prints and artist-designed merchandise (postcards, books, small reproductions)
  • Limited consumables — up to 30% of your booth, with 70% fine art required

Not suitable for:

  • Booths primarily focused on crafts, food, or giftware
  • Mass-produced or resale décor items
  • Fine Art vs. Artisan/Farmers Market Definitions

    • Fine Art: Original works created for exhibition (paintings, sculpture, ceramics, photography, etc.), primarily aesthetic in nature.

    • Artisan/Craft Goods: Handmade, functional, or consumable items such as candles, food items, jewellery, and décor.

    Family-Friendly Policy

    All work displayed must be suitable for a public, all-ages environment. (See our full Family-Friendly Policy)

    Registration Inclusions

    Each vendor registration includes:

    • One 6-foot table

    • One chair

    Display Guidelines

    You are welcome to bring small grid walls, shelving, risers, or other display supports, provided they fit within your designated space and do not block sightlines for other vendors.

    1. Select Your Market
      Choose the market you are applying for: Christmas Market or Winter Art Walk.

    2. Complete the Application Form

    3. Submit Payment
      Pay your registration fee within 24 hours of submitting your form.

      • At checkout, please enter EFT, Cash, or Cheque in the coupon/discount field.

      • We are currently unable to accept credit or debit card payments.

    4. Email Your Work
      Send 4 photos of your work to secretary@artsfoundry.ca within 24 hours.

      • Photos must be in JPG or PNG format

      • Each file should be titled with your business/artist name

      • These images are used to review your application and for promotional purposes.

    5. Review Period
      Applications are reviewed within 5 business days.

      • You will receive an email confirming acceptance

      • If your work does not meet event criteria, your fee will be fully refunded

    Please Note: Submission does not guarantee acceptance. Applications are reviewed for alignment with the event’s focus and quality standards.
