Cancellation & Refund Policy
Class Refunds
Full Refunds: Written (email) notice must be provided at least 14 days prior to the class start date to receive a full refund, minus a small 5% processing fee to help cover administrative and transaction costs.
Partial Refunds: Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the start date will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee.
No Refunds: Cancellations made 7 days or fewer before the class start date are not eligible for a refund.
Transfers
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual. Please email secretary@artsfoundry.ca with the new participant’s full name at least 24 hours prior to the class.
Missed Sessions
There are no refunds or make-up classes for missed sessions or client cancellations once a class has started.
Class Cancellations
Program Cancellation: If a course is canceled due to low enrollment, participants will be notified at least 5 days in advance, and a full refund will be issued.
Unforeseen Cancellations: If a class is canceled due to instructor illness, weather, or other unanticipated events, we will make our best effort to reschedule the session at a time convenient for the majority or arrange a substitute instructor.
Photo & Media Consent
By registering for a class or workshop, you authorize Leduc Arts Foundry to take photographs that may feature you and/or your artwork. These images may be used in our gallery displays, website, social media, or other promotional materials.
If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform your instructor at the start of class.
