Artist Promotion 101
At the Leduc Art Walk, we strive to promote the advertise our event as much as possible in order to have a great turnout and, in turn, a successful day for our artists. That being said, we are a small, volunteer-based, not-for-profit organization on a budget. Here are some ways you can help us promote the Leduc Art Walk and your participation in it:
Respond as “Going” to our Facebook Event, and invite your friends! To do this, hover over the “Share” button at the top of the event page, and click “Invite Friends” (see the picture to the right).
Share this event page to your personal Facebook profile, as well as your artist page, if you have one!
We will be running a paid Facebook campaign starting in June. The more people respond to and share the event beforehand, the wider our reach will be once the campaign begins!
Follow us on Instagram: @leducartsfoundry
Use the hashtag #leducartwalk on your posts to help us build a collection of images leading up to the event.
Tag @leducartsfoundry in your Instagram stories! This gives us the ability to repost your posts to our stories, and save them in the highlights reel at the top of our profile.
