IMPORTANT INFORMATION

If your application to perform is successful, our stage technician will contact you in the week prior to the event to confirm your technical requirements.

  • Each performer will receive a free meal and dessert voucher for use at any of the food trucks present at the event.

  • We are a not-for-profit organization, so our ability to pay performers depends entirely on whether we receive corporate sponsorships and/or grant funding. As such, payment for services cannot be guaranteed. If we are able to secure funding, there is a field below to indicate your expectations for rate of pay. If we are unable to secure funding to remunerate performers, there is a space on the application to indicate whether or not you would be willing to donate your time and performance to this event.
