THE 2019 LEDUC ART WALK IS NOW FULL AND REGISTRATION IS CLOSED.

The third annual Leduc Art Walk is a one day event that is scheduled for Saturday, July 13, 2019.
The event will be open to the public from 11:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m.
Artists are expected to arrive between 8:00 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. for setup.
The Leduc Art Walk gladly welcomes:
Painting & drawing
... and any other original, locally handcrafted goods.
Youth (under 18 OR current high school student): $25
Adult (18-65): $80
Senior (65+): $60
* Table sharing is permitted, with a limit of two vendors per table. Both vendors must register separately and indicate their intent to share a table on the registration form. In the case of shared tables, the registration fee will be split between vendors
Please note: regardless of the materials vendors choose to display their work with (typical materials include a chair, table, grid-wall, tent, easels, etc.), it is the sole responsibility of the vendor to bring any and all display materials. The maximum display size for any one vendor booth is 10 x 10 feet.
A note on tents:
Are you planning on including a tent in your display? If so, great idea! Tents protect both you and your art from the elements, and lend an air of professionalism to your display. That being said, we have very specific municipal regulations to follow with regards to the use of tents in public spaces. Here are requirements for tents:
Must be no larger than 10x10 feet
Must have adequate, weighted anchor points (at least 20 lbs per corner, but the more weight, the better)
Side-walls must be made of fire-retardant materials (standard on most commercially produced tents)
Tents with side-walls can only be placed in pods of 3 or less vendors. If your tent will have side-walls, you cannot be placed in vendor stalls 30-37. All other locations are approved for walled tents.
Leduc Fire & Safety Services will be on site the morning of the event to inspect each artist’s set-up. Non-compliance with the above specifications is grounds for disqualification (without refund) from the event.
